Valerie Stickles is a 2011 graduate of Coventry High School. A student of the clarinet, Valerie has participated in a variety of musical events throughout her middle and high school years, including the All-State, Connecticut Eastern Region and Charter Oak Music festivals. Valerie also plays alto sax, trumpet and guitar. Valerie is continuing her musical studies as a freshman in the music education department at the University of Connecticut. Valerie plans to be a music teacher in addition to a performance career.
Jonathan Demers completed his high school education in a homeschool program and is currently a first year student at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. He plans to study composition and American Roots Music. An accomplished mandolin player, Jonathan also plays the violin, guitar, banjo, upright bass, and vertical flute. He has performed extensively throughout the country, Europe and Canada as part of the area group "Amy Gallatin & Stillwaters".
